The perfect home! Great stay for a girls weekend. Location is IDEAL. House was clean, adorable, plenty of room, comfy seating, private parking, exactly as listed. Easy check in and check out. Robyn was quick to respond to any questions. Loved the record player. There were a handful of records at the house, but bring some LPs if you’ve got ‘em! Would also be perfect for a family stay.

Outstanding stay!! We enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Many shops and cafes. Everything within a walking distance. Loved that we had private parking. House was beautiful and spacious. The amenities were great.

We had such a great stay at Robyn’s place! She was incredibly responsive and shared lots of helpful suggestions for things to do around Nashville. The home itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved being able to stroll to the nearby shops and family‑friendly restaurants, and our favorite spot ended up being the cozy front porch—perfect for relaxing after a day out. My friends and I would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed with plenty of room. It is a great location for being walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Everything was very clean and well taken care of and check out couldn’t have been easier. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. We were able to check in an hour early, which gave us time to explore the town and do a little shopping before coming back to a clean, comfortable space. It was perfect for two people and conveniently located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and cozy with great amenities. Extremely walkable location which was nice because it was freezing outside and it took no time to reach the shops and restaurants Would love to stay again to take advantage of outdoor spaces in warmer weather. Pictures were accurate. Everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Comfy bedding and pillows. Plenty of towels and blankets.

Wonderful vacation with my family. House was perfect for our group. Open spaces with the ability to separate, if needed. Perfect location, well equipped, accommodating, quiet; met all of our needs. We will definitely be back.

Wow. really nice place. Beds and linens clean and comfy and warm! And lots of extra linens in closets. Kitchen well supplied! Would like to have spent time outside on front and or back porch, but too cold. So easily walkable to all shops, restaurants, coffee. Really, right there. And the town closes down at 5 pm so really quiet, PM and AM! Would stay again if in the area!! Owner very conscientious about her property, which is nice. but really had no problems!
